Tiny question about the layout of the fanfics
Moderator: Spectrum Strike Force
The images themselves always appear without a problem, but if you've placed a design into the page margin (like the stars on Christmas Lights), they appear again a couple of inches from the right of the screen (where a standard size screen would stop), and they can make the stories quite difficult to read at times.
I certainly don't want you to stop putting the images in - I think your designs are quite beautiful - but is there anything you can do to make it a little easier to read?

The graphic is actually a 'tile', and normally drawn as one line. I believe that Word should apply it as such, put for some reason, it doesn't do that, so I'm forced, most of the time, to modify the tile to give it a size that will match a screen. In this case, the tile was something like 1020 pixels large. If you screen is 1280 pixels large, yes the tile will reappear on the right margin of the page

I just modifified the size of the tile used for Christmas Lights. It's now 1980 pixels large. More than enough so that the drawing won't appear on the right margin. "Red Alert" didn't have that problem, as it was already that size.
However, I realise now that MANY of the tiles used for the fanfic won't do anymore, which mean I will have to change most of them very soon.

I've been able to read the latest offerings, including 'Red Alert', without a problem, so thank you for that. Please don't put yourself out on my account - I can always copy text to Word if I'm struggling.

I will simply have to take some time to do this properly eventually.
Thanks for reminding me.
