black_walking_tower_bridge_copy.jpgBlack Walking from the Tower Bridge(ChrisBishop)1285 viewsThis is my latest creation and was meant as a picture to be used in a short story for the 2009 Christmas Challenge (which wasn't completed). The picture was created with PhotoDeluxe and Photoshop. You have a background of the Tower Bridge (obviously), taken on a clear night. I darknened it a little for effect. Black was created from scratches, with no less than 10 pieces, all taken from various sources - legs, arms, leather coat(s), scarf and head. The rain effects were added by Photoshop.

And a very unusual mission this is: they are escorting Father Christmas on his tour. The Santa and reindeer was taken from the net. I added a nice over the clouds background, the moon, and then the five Angels. This was done with a combination of my old Photo Deluxe 4.0 software, along with Photoshop 7 and Photoshop Elements.

black_green_cemetery.jpgBlack in Cimetery (No Rest for the Wicked) - Art by Chris Bishop190 viewsThe original background for the title art of Keryn's story "No Rest for the Wicked", written for the Halloween Challenge. The title art has not yet been applied to it. Easy enough to made, you will recognise the classic Captain Black credits image, as it appears on the original TV show. Except, I rendered it much darker, and turned it green, by playing with the picture's saturation. The story is a wicked one to read. Recommended.
