All the white became 'empty space'. After that, I followed an online Photoshop tutorial explaining how to create flames on objects and/or text. I created about six different logo with flames and superposed them, to created the animation. The result is what you see.
The logo is used for this year's title for the Halloween Challenge (2011).

Yes, that's the CLASSIC Scarlet, but the face was REALLY too horrible, so I pasted on the most handsome face I could find of our favourite hero. This new poster was used for the "Challenge of Five" original launching and can still be found on the webpage for this challenge.
