scarlet_skull_face_small.jpgScarlet / Skull Face141 viewsA reduced version of this picture served as avatar for me during the Halloween Challenge. I might just use it again sometimes...Feb 18, 2010
uncle_sam_scarlet2.jpg
uncle_sam_scarlet2.jpgCaptain Scarlet wants you!(ChrisBishop)165 viewsThis montage was created using the original poster presented online by "Moving Picture" when they were looking for artists to work on the Captain Scarlet CGI project. Yes, that's the CLASSIC Scarlet, but the face was REALLY too horrible, so I pasted on the most handsome face I could find of our favourite hero. This new poster was used for the "Challenge of Five" original launching and can still be found on the webpage for this challenge.Feb 18, 2010

scarlet_rhaps_amber_room6.jpg01. Scarlet and Rhapsody in Amber Room - Definite Version(ChrisBishop)148 viewsThis is the definite version of the picture used on the Captain Scarlet biogrpahy page. I made many attempts to create this picture. The two other pictures that follow are but other attempts that didn't quite work out. Feb 18, 2010
spectrum_ruby_small.jpg
spectrum_ruby_small.jpgSpectrum Ruby - 1 (small version)112 viewsThis avatar-sized montage was created for the 40th anniversary of he Original Captain Scarlet TV series. 40 years of adventures - and fun for us fans!Feb 18, 2010
scarlet_rhaps_amber_room4.jpg
scarlet_rhaps_amber_room4.jpg02. Scarlet and Rhapsody in Amber Room - The all-too-quiet version(ChrisBishop)142 viewsIn this one, Scarlet looks just a little too tense, if you compare with the definite version, in which Scarlet is obviously much more relaxed. You would believe Colonel White is in the room! Rhapsody's stance is the same.Feb 18, 2010
santa3_scarlet_left.jpg
santa3_scarlet_left.jpgSanta Scarlet Baby(ChrisBishop)206 viewsI had lots of fun creating this complicated montage for last year's Christmas Challenge. Can you spot all the toys in and out of Scarlet's bag?Feb 18, 2010
lab2.jpg
lab2.jpgScarlet and labrador.142 viewsScarlet relaxing at home. One of my first montages, in which I played around to change the colours. Feb 18, 2010
black_wanted.jpg
black_wanted.jpgWanted: Captain Black135 viewsThe most notorious of all Captains needed a special presentation on the biographies pages! I've created this poster specifically for him, and a smaller version adorns now his biog page. And look... the Mysterons seem to approve.Feb 18, 2010
grave8.jpg
grave8.jpgScarlet getting out of his grave...162 viewsThis picture was created as basic for a specific Halloween Challenge, where writers would use it as inspiration to write a story, in a "What happened to Scarlet?" Challenge.Feb 18, 2010
black_walking_tower_bridge_copy.jpg
black_walking_tower_bridge_copy.jpgBlack Walking from the Tower Bridge(ChrisBishop)1285 viewsThis is my latest creation and was meant as a picture to be used in a short story for the 2009 Christmas Challenge (which wasn't completed). The picture was created with PhotoDeluxe and Photoshop. You have a background of the Tower Bridge (obviously), taken on a clear night. I darknened it a little for effect. Black was created from scratches, with no less than 10 pieces, all taken from various sources - legs, arms, leather coat(s), scarf and head. The rain effects were added by Photoshop.Feb 18, 2010
black_green_cemetery.jpg
black_green_cemetery.jpgBlack in Cimetery (No Rest for the Wicked) - Art by Chris Bishop190 viewsThe original background for the title art of Keryn's story "No Rest for the Wicked", written for the Halloween Challenge. The title art has not yet been applied to it. Easy enough to made, you will recognise the classic Captain Black credits image, as it appears on the original TV show. Except, I rendered it much darker, and turned it green, by playing with the picture's saturation. The story is a wicked one to read. Recommended.
