The picture was created with PhotoDeluxe and Photoshop. You have a background of the Tower Bridge (obviously), taken on a clear night. I darknened it a little for effect. Black was created from scratches, with no less than 10 pieces, all taken from various sources - legs, arms, leather coat(s), scarf and head. The rain effects were added by Photoshop.

Yes, that's the CLASSIC Scarlet, but the face was REALLY too horrible, so I pasted on the most handsome face I could find of our favourite hero. This new poster was used for the "Challenge of Five" original launching and can still be found on the webpage for this challenge.
