• You have to be registered as a member, and you must log in.
• Chose the album where the picture should be stored. 
• You can add pictures by clicking the “Add photos” option in the menu right next to the album. You can also enter the chosen album, or sub-album, click on the sidebar menu, and chose the “Add photos” option displayed there. 
• By default, the setting to load pictures has been set to “Form”. You probably won’t need the other options offered to you. 
• Search for your picture. Clicking the button will permit you to open a window into your own PC. Browse through the location of your picture. 
• Select picture(s). The accepted pictures extensions are jpg, jpeg, gif and png. 
• You can select one picture at a time, and as many as you want. However, if you have a large amount of pictures to post in the same album, we suggest that you first create a compressed Zip file on your computer, in which you will put your chosen pictures. You can select that zip file to upload.
• Once you have chosen your file(s), click “Upload now”. Allow a few seconds for upload. If you have a zip file, the Gallery will unzip the file and load the pictures into your folder.
• Once your pictures have been uploaded, if needed, assign caption (new title), and description. By default, the picture's name will become its caption on the gallery. You can change that if you want, at any time. Check the “Photo Actions” menu to know how or to discover what kind of options are offered to you regarding the picture. 
• NOTE: if you get a message error about one of your pictures or files, check the extension first, then the name. Transform your picture into one of the accepted format. Names normally should not have space in them, but sometimes it will work anyway. Special characters won’t work. Change your file’s name.

• If you have album creation capacity:
• From the Gallery’s main page, open the sidebar menu
• Click on the “New Album” option. Your album will be created automatically. 
• By default, your new album will be called “Untitled”. Give it a title as soon as possible, by either clicking the “Edit Title” from the main page, or if you are in the Album, by selecting the same option into the “Album Action” menu.
• You also need to change the folder name – which will define the web address of your album. To do so, from the main page, you click “Change folder name”; or, from the album itself, you select the option “Rename Album”, from the “Album Action” menu. NOTE: follow the instructions for the creations of the names. Some special characters and blanks are not allowed in folder names.
• Set your Permissions, Properties, Description, Highlight and Captions for what you desire for your album, and always according to the webmaster’s authorizations and/or restrictions.

How do I create sub-albums?

If you have album creation capacity:

• From the main page: from the menu next to the album in which you want to create your sub-album, click the “New nested album” option. Or, once, inside the album in which you want to create your sub-album, open the sidebar menu and click the same “New nested album” option.

• Proceed in the same way as explained above to rename album and folder names, and to set your Permissions, Properties, Highlight, Description and Captions.
