THANKS FOR THE SCARLET MEMORIES. In this third story by the author, Captains Scarlet and Blue are assigned to Niagara Falls to protect the plans for a new hydroelectric turbine generator. Things go awry when their informant is kidnapped, and Captain Blue is seriously injured in the process. Spectrum then discovers a new hidden danger for the not-so-indestructible Captain Scarlet.
